By accessing or using Khaya's services, website, or platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

Khaya provides a platform connecting tenants, landlords, and local merchants. We facilitate lease signing, rental payments, reward distributions, and property marketing. We are not a real estate broker or property management company.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Payments and Rewards

Rent payments processed through Khaya are subject to separate payment processing terms. Rewards earned through timely payments have no cash value outside of the Khaya ecosystem and are subject to availability.
