Can I split rent with roommates?
Yes! Once you have secured a lease, you can invite your roommates to join the property and split the monthly rent seamlessly.
For Landlords
How do I invite my existing tenants?
You can navigate to the specific property in your dashboard and generate an exclusive invite link. When your tenant signs up using that link, they will automatically be attached to your property.
When do I receive my rent payouts?
Payments are securely processed and typically land in your designated bank account within 2-3 business days after the tenant completes the payment.
